Being kind and gentle with ourselves, and acknowledging the difficulties we're facing will almost always, make a big difference in how we move through this transition.

Taking the time to prioritize our own needs, whether it's through relaxation techniques, seeking support from others, or simply permitting ourselves to rest and saying NO, can help alleviate some of the symptoms and stress associated with menopause.

Intentionally focusing on practicing daily self-compassion, in big and small ways, will ultimately improve our overall well-being.
